iPhone 12 Pro Max Alert when plugging in iphone

Everytime I plugin my iPhone 12 Pro Max this alert window shows up. I don't click on anything for fear it might be a scam. Does anybody know what this is all about?

That is usually a compatibility update for the Mac to communicate with the iPhone. Sometimes you can goto the App Store on the Mac and click the update tab and it will be in there too....
