Hello all,

In the last few weeks all the music on my iPhone has suddenly been wiped with no warning, a couple of times. Nothing is accessible even after I reconnect to Wifi, and going into Settings it says 'Songs: 0' in the About section. (Eventually it will show me stuff I bought on iTunes in the Music app, but all my playlists are gone.) I'm wondering if anyone else experienced this or if anyone has any advice?

For the record:

- I am not subscribed to Apple Music
- It seems to happen randomly when switching back and forth between Airplane Mode, 3G and wifi, though not consistently; it only happens occasionally but I switch between these modes often
- Some of the music was bought from iTunes, some imported years ago from CDs
- I have iCloud Drive turned off
- I synced/transferred the music manually via my Mac originally
