Which means the Apple Watch Series 3 is a bit of an odd one… as it’s the only one still for sale by Apple but doesn’t have latest OS.

I also noticed Apple forgot to include the brand new Mac Studio.

What doesn't make sense is iPhone 7/Plus gets dropped with A10 and 2/3GB RAM.

Meanwhile, iPadOS 16 supports iPad (5th gen) with A9 and 2GB RAM.

Hopefully, it isn't a marketing decision to speed up iPhone replacement cycles.

My 6s+ now joins my 3GS, 4, 4s and iPhone 5 in being stuck on a final firmware. Yay! :(

At least my 11 Pro Max will get iOS 16.
