Since iOS 13, when try to make a phone call from my iPad via wifi calling, if the recipient has FaceTime, it goes to FaceTime. There used to be a choice between a phone call and FaceTime. I appear to have wifi calling set up appropriately, but I can't figure out how to choose a traditional call. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Just gave it a try and things works as they should. I clicked on the contact I wanted call and chose the method as phone and the call went through.
