iPad android app on ios7?

is there anyway to run a android app on ios7?

its a documentation app for our fire dept. we have two samsung galaxy tab's, and i hate them. would like to use my ipad.

It wouldn't be a simple case of just porting an app across but contacting the app developer should be your first port if call. Go to the google play store and go to the app in question and if they are decent enough there should be details for contact.
