Another flashed 5770 question

Hi all,

Sorry to run a load of posts recently. I've currently got a flashed single slot XFX 5770 in my Mac 4,1 (5,1 update). It's running fine except for the known issues with display port and pcie fan speed.

It's done some after effects and premiere work fine, sleeps and boots fine etc. It does however fail all the OpenGL tests in ASD. Is this to be expected from an unofficial card or is there something else going on.
