How do people get their video so small for online distribution? I have a 15min movie and the smallest I can manage to get it is about 400mb. Anyone have instructions on how to compress down to about 30mb with high quality (I've seen it done before).

Select "Share." It should be right next to "Export." From there you'll see different settings, each of which will give you an estimate of what the resulting file size will be.

Use H.264 and bit rate around 500 kbps. If the resulting file will be bigger or smaller than expected, raise or lower the bit rate

Do that, and make sure you compress the audio using MPEG 4, or AAC, whatever option it gives you, they are the same.
