Another RAM upgrade (iMac 2020)

Hello, few years ago I upgraded my iMac (2020) 5k 27-inch with 2 RAM: Corsair SO-DIMM 32GB KIT DDR4 2666MHz CL18.
So now I have 40 Gb total RAM (4 -default- / 16 -bought- / 4 -default- / 16 -bought-).

I would like to upgrade again, but I am not sure what is the best for the performance. Should I buy another two Corsair SO-DIMM 32GB KIT DDR4 2666MHz CL18 to have (16 / 16 / 16 / 16)? Or can I buy Corsair SO-DIMM 64GB KIT DDR4 2666MHz CL18 to have 32 / 16 / 32 / 16?

Given how picky the 2020 iMac is, I would always advise 4 identical sticks. So 4 x 16 or 4 x 32 But maybe a mixture is ok with the Corsair RAM.
