General Any Apps That Let You Make New Game Center Friends?

I don't want to use Facebook for a particular game, and it supports Game Center friends. Some apps let you invite people by Game Center, but others don't. I'd like to make an actual Game Center friend so I could use it in the game I'm interested in. Does anyone know of a game that allows this? Thanks!
