Any ideas what is or causes "ServerList" notification?

I frequently see the attached notifications pop up on my desktop a lot for something called ServerList. It vanishes just as quickly as it pops up.

I have no idea what ServerList is and it seems to be a fairly recent thing.
Any ideas what it is or what might be causing it?
