iPad Any issues with 9.3 and Bluetooth/Apple Smart Keyboard shortcut issues?

So prior to 9.3, I use the Bluetooth Apple keyboard. I have 3 of them and all 3 have the same problems like when you Command - TAB to switch apps sometimes it would act as if the key is stuck and the app icons would cycle forward. Sometimes the app shortcuts complete stop working. I can sometimes do a SHIFT-COMMAND-H to show the springboard but sometimes even that fails. Sometimes some apps will respond to COMMAND-TAB to switch but sometimes it won't. And sometimes the keyboard will lag/and just stop working. I'd have to shut off Bluetooth/and or the keyboard and restart. Repairing doesn't fix any of the problems pre-9.3

Anyone with an APK have issues similar to this? If 9.3 fixes these problems, I can buy that APK otherwise I'm just gonna stick with the wireless Apple keyboard instead.
