Hello,

wondering if there's any software to help and calculate diet nutrients and percentages, say I need xx% protein, zz% carbs and yy% fat and t can get me back the quantities without to have to deal with a calculator and do it manually.

Thank you

Giovanni

The food trackers I know, work in the opposite direction. Meaning, you enter the quantities you're taking in and the app comes up with the % per nutrient.
Perhaps there are some out there that do what you're after, otherwise you might consider building a spreadsheet.
The calculations should be relatively easy, and you could work with a condensed food database - of course depending on your diet.

I've been using Cronometer but there are many out there. It displays grams of protein, carbs, and fat along with percentages of your daily target for each
