Any suggestion a for a good Bluetooth receiver for use with AirPods Pro?

I need to pair my AirPods Pro with my work computer with doesn’t have any internal Bluetooth. It’s going to be for meetings, I need both audio and mic to work.

I bought a jabra link 370 which when it works, works really well. The key being when it works. About half the time when I plug it into the PC, the headphones connect but there is no audio. I have to keep connecting and disconnecting and eventually it will work after about 5-10 minutes.

I’m hoping to find a more reliable dongle, if anyone has good experiences with one that just works?

These things are pretty generic. I did find that paying a bit more seems to get me better quality. The ones that worked for me were in the $40-60 range.
