Any way to tell when the battery is fully charged?

Not that I see. Had it plugged in all night. The battery just appears full.

Actually there is:

Look at the little battery icon. When it's actually charging it'll have the lightning bolt in it. When it's fully charged, that will change to a small plug icon (within the battery icon).
