Anyone have a history of using the PDair folio case?

I have been looking at a folio type of case for my new iTouch 4 and found this at PDair.

I see from the photo that there is a plastic grip that grabs the itouch from the side as you slide it in. I think I like the concept as it looks like it doesn't come near the keyboard like some of the other types that cover the entire edges of the itouch.

Question - has anyone had one of these in the past? How solid is the grip on the device? Is it likely to mar the edges?
