Carrier Anyone noticed when turning off 5G, at least on AT&T, streaming speed pummels to 3 to 4 Mbps instead of 10 Mbps + (I have Unlimited Elite)

Yes Steam Saver is off too.

Normal Oolka speed seems to be uneffected which is strange.
