I was certainly considering it since my current version, 6.0.1 will no longer FTP projects. There are enough other things to keep me interested but I'd rather have the whole suite and use InDesign and Acrobat, so it's a lot of money.
However, I was also thinking that I needed to learn Flash Professional and bought the student version of Macromedia Studio MX 2004 instead.
