Anyway to access phone files w/o Wi-Fi?

I think there's a way for windows users "Brick" or something like that? I am on Mac so how to do it?

maybe because no one knows...

anyway, on a mac with a wifi card (but not with a wifi router), heres what to do:
click on airport in the menu bar
click "create network..."
name it what you like
connect to the network on the iphone
get the ip address on the iphone
use this in whatever program you like

Thanks but I already know that! I need to know how to access the files without Internet connection. Windows users are using iBrickr I think? they could add/remove files without Internet connection thru iBrickr.. my question is how to do it with Mac? is there an application for that?
