AP deauth/disassoc issues

Lately I've been having way too many problems with random AP auth/deauths and client associations/disassociations. Couldn't get on the wifi at school for like 3 hours, the one at home randomly does it every 5 minutes for like half an hour every now and then. Even then, it's only my iBook that floods me with messages in system logs, I don't see anything unusual on any other computer and I did check to see if perhaps it was just an idiot trying to crack my network at home with a deauth attack, but it doesn't seem like it. ditched all preferences i could find that had to do with networking/airport/whatever on the laptop. Hence, I'm posting this here and not in the mac peripherals subforum.

I have no idea what's wrong. The only computer to seemingly have this problem is an iBook G4 running 10.4.3, has 802.11g (built in airport extreme, preinstalled), since it doesnt seem to have anything to do with my networking hardware, not including those specs.

Would appreciate any help, thanks in advance.
