Resolved App missing from Appstore

I bought Tapatalk 2 last week on my iPhone 4S installed it and used it a lot until today. I sold my 4S today and got an iPhone 5 and now I can't find it anywhere on the Appstore. I didn't back anything up, only my contacts as I never thought this could happen. Is there anywhere where I could find the missing app? I also tried looking for it from a friends 4S and I also couldn't find it. Any ideas?

Gone for me also, odd. Must have found a bug.

Go to your previously purchased apps.

App Store -> Updates -> Purchased

Its probably been deleted, usually due to copyright..... It may well just be temporary so try waiting a few weeks. I cannot seem to find it anywhere on google.
One thing worth trying is clicking "updates" then "purchased", it may well be on there.

Thanks for the help. I found it on the list of purchased apps. It didn't download the first time but now it worked. Thanks a lot!
