Hi Guys,
This might be a new one...

The first App I wrote was registered, given an App ID,
and got to the stage where I uploaded the iTunes icon,
but it didn't have much to offer, I went onto the next app, and never released it.

Over time I've worked on it a bit, but when I try to register the name iTunes Connect
says the name is taken, but there isn't a matching name in the App Store,
and I'm pretty sure it's an artifact of my previous registration.

Problem is, I only see the three active apps to manage in iTunes Connect.
I deleted App IDs connected to the name, and tried again, and it's still the same.
(There were some app IDs still present, one failed attempt, and one real one).

Any ideas how to use, or clear the app name?
Cheers, Art.

App IDs (as defined in the iOS Dev Center) are not deletable. So, I'm guessing you meant something else. Care to clarify?

It's the actual name of the app (that appears on the screen).
I deleted app IDs that I made about a year ago that were associated with it.
It seems the apps that were active I could not delete, but these ones had a delete button.

It was under "Identities".

EDIT,, Hey what I might do is take a screenshot of it :D

Don't refer to them as "App IDs". Those have specific, different meaning in regards to the iOS Dev Center.

As noted in the "Delete Application" dialog:
Deleting the app permanently removes it from iTunes Connect, along with all associated In-App Purchases. The App Name and SKU can not be reused, even after the app is deleted. If you have uploaded a binary or set up this app for the iAd Network, your Bundle ID can not be reused either.
