Apps App removal

New to AW; got a 6 recently and am thoroughly enjoying.
I am unable to delete certain native apps (e.g., audio books, music, news, and others). I tried several things to no avail. Any help is appreciated.

Tried all that. Didn’t work on the watch. Only on phone and iPad.
