iPhone XS App store & itunes not loading on LTE

After the latest update, the app store and itunes will not load on LTE, but works fine on wifi. I had to toggle airplane mode on/off every time I enter the store to get it to even load on LTE. All of my other apps work fine on LTE and loads fast. I have rebooted my phone and signed in/out of my apple id, but to no avail. How do I fix this?

I am having the same issue. App store will not load unless I have wifi enabled. Never did this before under IOS 12. Anyone know a fix fix or setting? I checked and could not find anything that would help. Using Iphone 6S+ with IOS 13.1.3 on Sprint. Safari connects fine, just not App store or even Itunes Store.
