I have recently upgraded my 2010 Mac Pro 5.1 from OS High Sierra to OS Mojave (10.14.6). Everything seems fine except that I am not able to find my purchased apps (Logic Pro, Affinity Photo, Aperture, etc.) in the App Store app. iTunes and iCloud is functioning 100%, but when logging in to the App Store I get the message "No purchases". I have tried the following:

1. Clean install of Mojave 10.14.6 (x 3)
2. Ethernet cable and WIFI
3. Safe mode
4. Set up a new user, log into MAC and then try to log in to App Store with my AppleID
5. Deep NVRAM reset
6. Check date and time
7. Change AppleID password
8. Remove my MBP mid-2012 OCLP OS Monterey from my AppleID
9. Log out and back in to my iCloud and App Store accounts countless times.
10. Restart the Mac Pro countless times

App Store was funtioning fine in OS High Sierra. Why is it dead in Mojave?
