Apps Apple Arcade games added to second Apple TV when installed on another one

We have two Apple TV’s - one 4th gen and one a 4K. Both have the settings for adding apps purchased on another device turned off. But when I added a few games to the 4K tv they were also installed on the other one. How do I prevent this if I wish to or is it not possible?

Apparently this has something to do with the Home app on my iPhone and it’s settings. Anyone have any ideas?

Sounds like you have got Home Screen sync enabled.
