Apple Arcade gaming - which HW? Latest AppleTV or MacBook Air 2020?

I got free Apple Arcade gaming subscription.

Which HW is better for Arcade games? Latest AppleTV or MacBook Air 2020? I can connect Xbox controller to both.

What are the pros and cons of each hw? AppleTV latest vs. MacBook Air Intel

Do you already have an Apple TV and/or MBA?

I'd say what ever you have, give it a shot and see. From what little I know, many of the non-intensive games play well on the latest Apple TV, but some of the more intensive games struggle.

I don't have any idea about an intel MBA but given the improvements over the A15 bionic in the ATV and the M2, current MBAs will definitely be better.

If you want to spend the least amount of money to play Apple Arcade games (this is assuming you don't already have an iPhone) the AppleTV is the way to go.
