I have an intellimouse 3.0 and it works great with 10.2 no extra drivers installed. The second button works just as it should (ctrl-click) and the mouse scrolling is even kinetic, the faster i turn it, the faster it scrolls, better than when I have the MS software enabled.
the only downside is that the two extra buttons on the side don't do anything special unless I use the MS software. Oh well, it's still pretty cool.
