Anyone else dealing with the mayhem caused by Apple Business Essentials today?

Our organization has around 55 devices managed by Apple Business Essentials, mainly iPads and Macs. All of them this morning lost their configurations. Deployed apps and settings are gone, basically back to factory default apps and layout. I'm on a call with Apple (on hold currently) awaiting a resolution. They've acknowledged the issue is on their end and stated that we aren't the only ones affected. I'm curious just how widespread it is.

We've had a good experience with Apple Business Essentials since it launched, but today's experience is pretty unnerving.

I feel like this is the best forum category for this topic since it's one of Apple's services, but none of the required prefixes relate. Going with iCloud but I realize this isn't iCloud. Mods, feel free to move if you think there's a better fit somewhere.
