Apple car play OS

i wasn't sure where to put this but I know they are updating car play OS as well this fall. I have car play in my car but no clue how it will be installed and I couldn't find anything online. Anyone know if it's done automatically OTA or I have to do something?

How to setup CarPlay can be found in your owners manual and also can easily be found on-line.

CarPlay is part of iOS on your phone, so when you update to iOS 10 you'll see the minor changes it brings.

The software on your car is a rather minimal part of the overall solution and doesn't need to change.
