If there is an Apple store in Poland then yes. If you have Apple authorized store then you should check if they honor the AppleCare or not.

I got my AppleCare, not the "+ one" from eBay a few days before my 1-year warranty ended and I work in Kuwait. None of the Apple authorized stores here will honor any AppleCare.

I bought AC+ for my MBP 2020 because I use it every day as a portable machine and the chances of something happening are higher in comparison to using it mainly as a stationary device. Here in Germany we do have some Apple Stores but the Apple certified service provider in my city also honors AC+ so I guess it was worth it for me.

As long as you have an authorized service provider nearby.

My cities service provider happens to be the tech shop at my university. Works out well.
