Looking for suggestions. I called apple to submit an Apple Care repair last wednesday, only to have my IMEI blacklisted by AIG (note, that the phone was clearly not missing, as I was talking to Apple when it got bricked). When asked to reverse this, they told me they’d mark it “urgent” and most requests happen in about a day.
2 days later, I’m back on the phone with Apple and AIG, only to be told to wait another two days.
This is NOT the service I’m used to with Apple. It really seems like they’re ******** the bed. I went from a working, but damaged phone, to a brick - all because I wanted to use my coverage.
Any ideas? I’m going back in the swamp of the Apple Support line in a few minutes,
