I've lost my dvi to vga adapter for my 15inch mbp.

Instead of replacing it, I was interested in buying an adapter that could support video and vga at the same time. Since I do video editing, I want to be able to preview on a client monitor without constantly unplugging and switching adapters.

I am confindent the comp's RadeonX1600 video card can support such a configuration.

I was surprised when I could not find such a device.

Does anyone know where I can find one?
thanks,
andy

The only way to display video and vga at the same time is if the two screens are given identical signals using a splitter. You will not be able to display different images on the two external displays.

Probably you will have to get a DVI splitter and then have an adapter on each end, one to VGA and the other to video.
