Does anyone here use fitness + at the gym. I use it a lot for rowing/cycling I think it great little personal trainer and great motivation. I would like to try with the treadmill soon. Especially I'm a beginner going to the gym so that helps me a lot. Do you do the same? Which activity do you use it with at the gym? any tips you would like to share as I just started using it. I am not very motivated when working out at home.
