I'm not an apple fitness+ subscriber, With that being said, Should i toggle it off under iCloud settings or does it sync other health data to iCloud and i should keep it on?(I'm an apple watch user and have fitness tracking enabled on my iPhone but as stated above, am not an apple fitness + subscriber)
