I have a MacBook. It's OSX Tiger. About a month ago my hard drive crashed. I have Apple Care, so Apple replaced it quickly and easily.

However, I haven't been able to sync my iPhone since. It will recognize it and it will update software, but every time I try to sync music or photos, it says it is sync'ed to another iTunes Library and everything will be erased.

I have a lot of music on it. Probably around ... 5 GB or so. None of this music is stored on my laptop anymore since the hard drive failure. Is there a way to sync it FROM the iPhone? Is there a way I can at least recover what I have purchased from iTunes if my only solution is to wipe out the iPhone to re-sync it?

Okay, except I can't get it to enable for disc use. I click the "manually manage music and videos", which is what Apple told me to do to enable disc use on the iPhone and it gives me the same error?
That's because you can't enable disk use on the iPhone.
