I was recently handed down an iPad Air 2, which I primarily use to connect to my rowing machine -- I wanted to see how it synced to Apple Health, so I downloaded that but every time I open Health it just goes to a blank white screen. I've tried killing the app and also rebooting, but Health never seems to actually load -- any ideas what the problem is or troubleshooting options to get it working?

According to the app store, Apple Health should work with ipadOS 10 or later https://apps.apple.com/us/app/apple-health/id1242545199 (and I have 15.7.9, which I think is the latest for this model iPad).

Ah, thanks for the clarification -- that is confusing that you can install the software but it isn't supported.

When (if?) this iPad dies I'll look into getting another one that can run iPadOS 17 and try the Health app.
