Apple HT error 4SNS/1/40000001:VG0C-0.000

Hi all
I have an Early 2011 Macbook Pro running El Capitan 10.11.6
After many unsuccessful attempts to create a bootable USB installer, I did run an Apple Hardware Test, the longest and more accurate.
The result is an error, this one:
4SNS/1/40000001:VG0C-0.000
Any idea of what this is about? And if it could be related to failing to create the bootable USB?
