Carrier Apple iPhone 14 Sprint Trade-in Promotion

Hi everyone. I purchased a 14 Pro through Apple with a trade-in. As part of the trade-in, Apple gave me a promo code to redeem through Sprint/T-Mobile.

I got my phone a few days ago and have been trying to redeem the promo code. I visit https://promotions.t-mobile.com/ and enter my phone number. At that point, I'm asked to log in to a T-mobile website. I tried my Sprint account credentials and I get a server error (HTTP 500). I contacted customer service and they were not helpful.

I'm wondering, has any current Sprint users been able to redeem that promo code through the T-Mobile promotions website?

Has your Sprint account be migrated to t-mobile? You’ll need to get with whichever one has your account. You won’t find your answers here so if Sprint isn’t helpful you’ll need to ask for a supervisor or something…it’s literally their job.
