General Apple Music defaulting to "Your Library"

How come on iOS 12, everytime I go and search in Apple Music its defaulting to search my library? 99.9999% of the time I want to search Apple Music.

I'm sure Apple Music was the default previously? Am I missing something?

Just tried on my iPad and iPhone. Not seeing the problem you are describing. What am I missing?
