Apple music download issue

I am having troubles downloading playlists for offline use in the beta. Is anyone else experiencing this?

When I click the clould download icon next to the playlist, the individual tracks do not download.

I have had a few tracks (n downloaded Playlist) that keep spinning but don't download in a timely fashion. It seems that all of them are tracks that were uploaded, but only effecting a small minority. Some have finally finish downloading to iPhone after almost a day. Still have a couple more spinning.

Also I don't see where the button to download an entire Playlist at once is now.
