I don't have any problems on my iPad or iPhone, only on my MacBook Pro (haven't upgraded my iMac yet to Big Sur). I have already tried logging out of Apple Music and back in, didn't work...I also had the same issue on Music on iPhone ("an error occurred"), but there it was fixed after following these steps:

I found a possible fix:
Log into music.apple.com and play the station that is not working. For me it was my own station and another one as well. I played those two in music.apple.com and now they work on my Mac Pro.
Did you find a solution?Called Apple Support yesterday. Talked with them all day. Tried loads of stuff. Resetting nvram, reinstalling big sur, deleting a ton of (cache) files, ... . Had to collect some information and they sent it to Apple engineers. They will contact me back on wednesday. I'll keep this post updated.
They haven't had the time to look at it just yet. They said they'll contact me when they found a solution, which should be by the end of this week or next week.Did you find a solution?
Tried that, too. No go, unfortunately...I fixed this by logging out of my Music (iTunes) account, stopping Music, starting it back again and logging back in... (on Mac mini)
I was really frustrated by this, so much that I eventually logged out of Music on my Mac Pro, MacBook Pro, Mac Mini, iPad and iPhones. Then I started from one end, actually with music.apple.com and logged in again, and let the respective systems do the Genius sync.
Now it's been a few days, and Listen Now works on ALL units...
Just tried this again (Macbook Pro 2017, Big Sur 11.0.1): logged off, stopped Music, re-started Music and logged on > "Listen now" works.
