iPad Apple Notes - rotate image in notes

Hi all,

I create a note a while ago with an image inside. The image was imported from the photos app - so no document scan.

Now I would like to rotate the image to put it into landscape. Any idea how to do it without the need to save the image back to photos and then rotate it?

Unless I’m missing something really obvious......the best I can come up with is a shortcut that accepts an image from the share sheet, rotates it, and copies it to the clipboard. You can then paste it into the note before deleting the original image.
