Apple Numbers: changing zoom setting for multiple sheets at once

Might be a stupid question: for some reason, when I open a Numbers spreadsheet to edit on my phone, and later reopen on macOS, the zoom setting is often changed to 125%.

The spreadsheet/workbook in question has many, many pages within it.

Is there an easy, quick way to change the zoom setting for all of the worksheets at once? Maybe I've overlooked it.

I feel your pain... I'm still trying to get past the fact that every time I launch Numbers (or Pages or Keynote), the window reduces down to this tiny square in the middle of my 34" display – despite the fact that I have it filling nearly the full screen when I quite the app.
