Apple Pay Cash Crashing

I have three devices with Apple Pay Cash set up, my iPhone 8 Plus, iPad Pro and Apple Watch. It works as advertised with the watch and iPad, but I’m having issues with my phone which is. Whenever I try to use the transfer bank functions or add money, it always crashes on my phone, but never the iPad. Does anybody else have this issue and if anybody has, did they find a fix for it? I have reset all settings, I have not reset the phone and restored it from a backup, I really don’t want to clean install my phone. Any help would be great, thank you!
