I was trying to purchase a phone on a finance plan this morning via the apple store app and it was not allowing me to use my apple card saying it was unavailable for this transaction . I went to the site and it was available but I couldnt check out through Apple Pay. I turn off Apple Pay with safari and low and behold the transaction went through. Can someone explain what could be wrong ?
