iPhone 13 Pro Max Apple Pre-Authorization

I will be upgrading to the 13 Pro Max. I have completed the Apple pre-authorization and plan to officially order Friday morning. Assuming I am able to order successfully, can anyone who has upgraded through Apple previously tell me if I will be given the option to have it delivered or store pick-up? If I elect to have it shipped, I assume it would likely arrive on launch day?

If it works how it has in years past, you will have the option to select in store pickup or at home delivery.

Completing the pre-auth does not guarantee a launch day phone however, that's going to be dependent on how fast you order and how popular the model you ordered is vs. stock available.
