Since I have installed the security update, my Mac need about 5 minutes to start up.

Mac mini mid 2011 running High Sierra here. Security update 2020-05 seems to have broken Safari:

I can't seem to fix it :-(

Better guess again, I just installed 2020-006 on my High Sierra system yesterday.

I installed the High Sierra security update 2020-006 yesterday on MBP without any problems to report.

Installed on a flashed Mac Pro that believes it's an Early 2009 one.
