I tried every streaming app that I use, Apple TV+, MAX, Disney+, movies purchased from iTunes and tried every show or movie that has Dolby Atmos but to no avail. When I use "Auto," it shows Dolby Atmos. However, when I connect my AirPods Gen 3 it switched to Dolby 5.1. Spatial and Dolby Atmos goes grey on the new Control Center and both says "Off" when my AirPods are connected to the Apple TV 4K. Anyone have a similar problem that they solved?

Yes, with Gen 3 AirPods, it added the Spatial Audio/Dolby Atmos feature from the Pros.
