What does everyone think is the probability of a dedicate Apple TV app coming to Windows devices? I like the that the service lays out all your subscriptions in one place as well as the wide selection of content that can be purchased. The problem is, the limited platforms that it is offered on. It is clear apple is expanding the availability of this service such as with the recent introduction of it on chromecast however, Apple seems to neglect windows when it comes to apps. Dated iTunes is a good example. What is the chance of them actually committing to windows for future app releases?

Honestly not sure why they would make a Windows app when you can watch it on Windows in a web browser.

The web browser is highly limited offering only the Apple TV Plus content. If you have subscriptions to third party providers, you cannot access them at all.
