Apple TV+ cost for shows...

Is there any PPV video on Apple TV+? I've watched a couple of shows that appear to be free during my tryout period. The format seems to be similar to NetFlix in that billing is only for access with no additional charges for ANYTHING on the system. Is that correct. I realize I'm apparently getting the first year for free since I bought an IP 11. So, when next year rolls around in Nov '20, will the $4.95 or whatever the then current pricing is be the ONLY charge for using the service.
